The Eastern States Oracle Applications Users Group (ESOAUG) is a geographic user group
dedicated to coordinating the regional collaboration of professional Oracle users. The region covered
includes Oracle users in NC, SC, VA, KY, and TN. As an affiliate
of the OAUG, the ESOAUG is also independent of Oracle Corporation.
The goal of the group is to provide a foundation for sharing experiences, knowledge, and information
related to Oracle Applications. The group wishes to strengthen the user base through
educational opportunities and by relaying best practices. Focus is also placed on
sustaining an open, two-way communication channel between Oracle and the user community.
This channel will give our members a voice to help steer Oracle's developmental
efforts while simultaneously raising awareness of actual changes that occur in the Oracle product
line.
